  • We only accept returns if the product has manufacturing flaws or is not as described on the product detail page.
  • Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns on stitched/customized clothing.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Please keep all packaging materials and product until you receive instructions from an Omnistyles representative.
  • The Customer will be responsible for the return courier charges.
  • All defective products must be returned to Omnistyles’s registered address WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING, AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer.
  • Please mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’ when returning the defective product.
